Tajín Pasilla Dried Chillies 75g are whole dried pasilla chillies from Mexico with mild heat and a deep, slightly sweet flavour that works well in rich Mexican-style sauces and slow-cooked dishes.

Use pasilla chillies in mole, salsas, soups, stews, marinades and braised dishes. They can be rehydrated and blended into sauces or lightly toasted before soaking to bring out more aroma.

How to Use

Remove the stem and seeds as required. Lightly toast if desired, then soak in hot water until softened before chopping, puréeing or blending. Follow any preparation directions shown on the packaging.
