  6. Payments – WooPayments
    EG STORE currently uses WooPayments to process online payments. WooPayments uses payment infrastructure and services associated with its payment partners, including Stripe.
    Payment providers process information required to authorise and complete transactions and may carry out fraud, security and regulatory checks.
    EG STORE does not intend to store your full payment card number or card security code on its own website systems. Where a payment provider offers you the option to save payment details for future purchases, those details may be stored or tokenised by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.
    We may retain transaction references, payment status, payment method information and other records necessary to administer an order, refund, dispute or accounting requirement.
  7. Delivery providers
    To deliver your order, we may share necessary information such as your name, delivery address and relevant contact details with delivery providers.
    Depending on the order, EG STORE may use Royal Mail, Evri, UPS or another suitable delivery provider. We select carriers according to factors such as destination, parcel size, weight, service availability and delivery requirements.
    Delivery providers may process your information under their own privacy terms when providing delivery and tracking services.
  8. Website hosting and technical services
    Our website is hosted using services provided by IONOS. Hosting and technical providers may process limited personal information, server logs, IP addresses and technical information as necessary to host, secure, maintain and operate the website.
    We may also use WordPress, WooCommerce and related extensions or service providers to operate our online store.

    EG STORE does not currently send optional email marketing or operate a marketing newsletter.

    Payment information is retained in accordance with the requirements and systems of the relevant payment provider. EG STORE does not intend to retain full payment card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.
    Analytics information is retained according to our analytics configuration and applicable Cookie Policy.
    We periodically review the information we hold and delete or anonymise personal information that is no longer reasonably required, except where continued retention is required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
