Use guajillo chillies in enchilada sauces, marinades, moles, salsas and stews. They can be rehydrated and blended into sauces or lightly toasted before soaking to bring out more aroma.

How to Use

Remove the stem and seeds as required. Lightly toast if desired, then soak in hot water until softened before chopping or blending. Follow any preparation directions shown on the packaging.
