Each pad is air activated, so there is no need for a microwave, hot water or electricity. Simply open the individual sachet when you are ready to use it. Exposure to air activates the warming ingredients inside the pad and the heat gradually builds.

The adhesive side allows the pad to be attached to clothing next to the affected area. Its thin design makes it convenient for discreet use while at home, travelling or carrying on with everyday activities.

How to Use

Do not open the sachet until you are ready to use the pad. Remove the pad and expose it to air to begin activation. Remove the protective backing and attach the adhesive side to clothing next to the affected area. The pad gradually warms after exposure to air.

Do not apply this product directly to the skin. Always ensure there is a suitable layer of clothing between the heat pad and your skin.
